Wedding Pictures

Here's a few pictures from my brother's wedding. 

The weather was perfect, and everything went pretty smoothly. :)

I played the prelude and processional.

And no, a tarantula did not die in my hair (as Reuben suggested), it's a black feather hair flower. Only it's feathers, so... it's not really a flower.

Anyways, moving on. :)

My cousin walked Amanda and me down the aisle. 

 And he is not my boyfriend, like people keep thinking! :D

My New Apron

I finished my apron a few weeks ago, but finally got around to taking pictures today. 

 I probably should have ironed it first, but I didn't feel like it. So I didn't.

I got the pattern here. 

 Which actually means I went upstairs and said- "Hey Amanda, I want to make an apron. Can I have one of your patterns?"

 And since she's an awesome older sister, she didn't charge me for it. 

 Yup, she's my favorite older sister. ;)

Daybook 11

Outside my window- Another cold, rainy day.

I am thinking about- I'm cold. Shouldn't have put away my bedroom heater yet. It's supposed to be summer! ;)

From the kitchen- Just finished a cup of tea. Perfect for a wet day like today. :)

I am creating- Wrote on one of my story ideas today...

I am reading- Finished 'The Trumpeter of Krakow' yesterday.

I am hearing- 'May It Be'-by Enya. <3

I am hoping- That we can finish watching The Lord Of The Rings tonight. :)

I am planning- Laundry needs to be folded... I guess I'd better do that soon.

I am wearing- A gray turtleneck shirt, and a tiered skirt. Also a light shawl, because it's freezing today!

My hair is- Rolled back into a bun at the nape of my neck.

Around the house- A few of us have caught colds. I'm almost over mine...

 I am wishing- Warm weather? Please?

Outside my window- It's raining.

I am thinking about- Nothing in particular.

From the kitchen- We switched up our kitchen chores, so (yay!) I'm not washing dishes anymore! :)

I am creating- Did an in-the-rain-photo-shoot with Amalia...

I am reading-  'The Beggar Queen'.

I am hearing- Pandora Radio, and Mollie playing with dolls in my bedroom.

I am hoping- To get my dresser drawers a little less chaotic...

I am planning- I should fold some laundry, I guess...

I am wearing- A purple sweater, and my favorite denim skirt.

My hair is- In a braid.

Around the house- Dad & Mum took Morgan and Lilia into town to get an eye check-up, so the house is really quiet.

 I am wishing- That my Amazon order will arrive soon.... :D
