Hemorrhoids.
It's just not easy subject to talk about butt, it's a common problem.
I'm up for jumping into this uncomfortable subject by sharing a few natural solutions with essential oils that work...and yes, I speak from personal experience!
Hemorrhoids are swollen, inflamed veins in the anal area. They can be internal or external protrusions with symptoms that include itching, pain or even bleeding.
Hemorrhoids can result from increased pressure in the veins often due to straining or pregnancy.
Take precautions when lifting heavy items!
Scratching, to reduce the itching going on can further weaken the area and compound the problem.
Don't scratch!
Calming the Itch

5 drops Geranium
4 drops Lavender
3 drops Bergamot
40 drops Fractionated Coconut Oil
Blend and store in an empty glass bottle. Place 2 to 3 drops on a personal pre-moistened wipe (organic if possible) and gently wipe clean anal area. Use 1x daily or as needed.
Hemorrhoid Treatments

1. Painful and/or Itching
Apply 1 to 2 drops of a Helichrysum, Lavender, Frankincense blend on a personal pre-moistened wipe (organic if possible) as needed. For final wipe after a bowel movement, add 1 drop of Frankincense to a cotton ball.
2. Internal
1 to 2 drops each of Geranium and Lavender (or blend above) in a syringe with 1 teaspoon of Fractionated Coconut Oil or Olive Oil internally 3x a day until relief.
3. Acute and/or Bleeding
Blend together in a glass bottle w/ eye dropper:
10 drops Helichyrsum
10 drops Cypress
10 drops Lavender
10 drops Frankincense
5 drops Sandalwood
5 drops Geranium
2 T. Fractionated Coconut Oil
Apply 4 to 6 drops on a personal pre-moistened wipe (organic if possible) 3x daily to area of discomfort. Use Frankincense on cotton ball for final wipe after bowel movement.
