Organic Sunscreen with EOs & Coconut Oil

Summertime is just a few weeks away, can you stand it??

It's time to put your EOs to work again, you'll want to be ready for that big sunny orb in the sky this summer.  Two Summer Rescue Sprays will help you replace the chemicals found in most commercially available sunscreens and sunburn aides.  Simple, whole and fragrant, essential oils combined with fractionated coconut oil will give you peace of mind that you're protecting and healing rather than hurting your skin.

EO SUNSCREEN!
Chemical Free

Unless you're a vampire, sunscreen is a summertime reality.

I've struggled with sunscreen use for years, I just don't trust the ingredients of most.  But I had a minor bout with skin cancer so I need to be more diligent.

Eo Sunscreen is a natural alternative that I can get excited about!  Helichrysum is a natural UV blocker and coconut oil blocks 20% of the sun's UV rays.  Lavender is the skin's BFF as a tissue restorative etc.

Eo Sunscreen isn't waterproof, apply often.

Tip #1:  EO Sunscreen is a fabulous sunblock for your lips too!  EO sunscreen doubles as an insect repellent, thanks to lovely Lavender!

SUNBURN RELIEF!
Sunburn Rescue

Yet another easy Summer Rescue Spray that you'll want in your beach bag!  Sunburn Rescue is a simple combination with many facets!  The Lavender and Peppermint combination is both healing and cooling for a blistering sunburn, is also one of my favorite combinations for a headache AND, great to massage into sore muscles!

In a 2 oz glass spray bottle combine:

- 20 drops Lavender
- 20 drops Peppermint
- fractionated coconut oil

Apply to sunburn as soon as possible!  Cooling Peppermint feels amazing on a hot sunburn!

Apply every 2 to 3 hours or as needed.  The aromatherapy of it feels as good to the senses as it does to the skin!

Caution:  Always test a small area of skin before spending a whole day in the sun ~ depending on your location and altitude, the sun's rays can vary in strength!

Tip #2!  After the sunburn has lost the heat, switch out Peppermint for Frankincense. Lavender and Frankincense can now work hand in hand for excellent tissue restoration. Continue spritz area of concern for up to one week.

Tip #3!
Mini Spritzers!

Top 5ml bottles (EO empties work great!) with a spray topper sold separately, drop a Mini Spritz of EO Sunscreen and Sunburn Rescue in every beach bag or back pack this summer.

Here Comes the SUN!
